Red Rock Haven

Today I went to Red Rock Haven with Alex and some friends and their children. Red Rock Haven is a hotel/restaurant right on Pointe Baptiste beach in Calibishie, Dominica. It's a great place to relax and have a good meal. I had the Caribbean Pizza again which is delicious! Instead of a tomato/pizza sauce base, it has an avocado base. Yummy! They also have the most delicious key lime pie I have ever had! Victoria Falls

Today I went hiking with some other Ross "spouses" to Victoria Falls. I have been to a few other falls on the island (Middleham, Trafalgar) and this is by far the best one I have been to so far. I loved the hike, loved crossing the river and getting into the water. There were also a ton of bay leaf trees so I picked a few to bring home with me.
