Happily Forever After
Alex was in a play at church called Happily Forever After. She didn't have any speaking parts, but she was a "little dragon". The socks on the kids arms are dragons. This is the one song I got on video because it was the only time the kids came to the front to sing. The other times they were standing in the back but the stage was filled with other characters that my view was not that good. If you checked out the pictures on facebook you could see that Alex eventually got bored and became more interested in a plant she was sitting next to then what was going on in the play.
Easter
Easter weekend was a busy weekend for Alex. I should of posted it earlier, but here are a few pictures. She is egg hunting in the first one and the second one is on Easter day.

Atlanta Zoo with Madeline
We really have been going to the Zoo quite a bit lately. I have been getting a lot of use out of my membership because Alex and I have gone three times this week. On Friday Alex and I went to the zoo with her friend from school, Madeline, and Madeline's mom.
I posted pictures on flickr because I have used up all my space on picasaweb. So click below to see pictures from Alex's fun day:

Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield
Today was such a nice day so we decided to head back to Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield and hike up the mountain. It took about 20 minutes or so to get to the top and Alex did such a good job, she wasn't even out of breath by the time we got to the top. The view from the top was beautiful. We could see the Atlanta city skyline and Stone Mountain. I took quite a few pictures and posted them to flickr. Click the link below to check out the pictures.

Pine tree pollen
This is what is covering every surface right now. It's pine tree pollen. I have never seen anything like this in this in Minnesota. Apparently this is common this time of year in Georgia and in other southern states.
