Alex is learning about ancient Egypt at preschool this month. You might think this is a little odd for a preschooler to be learning about ancient egypt, but it's actually kind of neat. The kids are all making their own little passports and the Kindergarten and preschool classrooms are each learning about a different country. Toward the end of the month the kids will then take a "trip around the world" and visit the different classrooms (or countries). It just so happens that Alex's classroom is learning about Egypt. Today the teacher read the students a very detailed book about mummies. Alex was so eager to tell me all the details. Here is Alex telling me all about it!
